This is Australia's latest Hot Honey created in Sydney East. After checking out the one form the guys at Quinby's we wanted to create our own version using our own chilli oil and the honey from Musset Holdings Farm in the Southern Highlands.

Drizzle over: pizza, fried zucchini flower, soft cheese, hard cheese, gelato, hot chips, popcorn and bbq octopus. 

Heat Level: 🌶 Low - Medium
