Terms and Conditions
By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders and Cancellations
Order Acceptance Policy
All orders and pasta plan requests received are subject to acceptance by Sailing Ingredients PTY LTD ("I Maccheroni"). We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full via the original payment method.
Timing of Your Order
During checkout, you’ll select your delivery date (for both pasta plans and one-off orders) and, if applicable, the frequency of recurrence for your pasta plan.
Changes to Your Order
To change your pasta plan, log into the “My Account” area at imaccheroniathome.com or email support@imaccheroni.com.au. For one-off orders, contact us via email. We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but only changes made at least 48 hours before midday on the scheduled delivery day are guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours before midday on the delivery day to receive a full refund. Email support@imaccheroni.com.au. Failure to do so forfeits the right to a refund or re-delivery.
Pausing or Cancelling Your Pasta Plan
You can pause or cancel your plan anytime through your online profile. Notice must be given at least 48 hours before midday on your next delivery day.
Pasta Plan Prices
Prices are locked in when your plan begins. We may adjust pricing at our discretion due to supplier costs. If prices change, we’ll notify you and give you the option to cancel.
2. Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

Pasta plans: billed weekly on the day of scheduled delivery.

One-off orders and gifts: billed in full at checkout.

Saved card details are securely stored by Stripe. We do not access or store card details ourselves.
3. Prices
All prices include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Policy
I Maccheroni at Home delivers within a 2km local radius only. No PO Boxes.
Deliveries are made via Uber, Doordash, 1300Cab, or similar. We choose the most suitable courier.
Remote Deliveries
Remote addresses may incur special charges or require pickup from the restaurant.
Delivery Delays
Delays of up to 24 hours may occur due to unforeseen events. We ensure meals remain chilled and safe to consume.

Safe Place & Concierge Deliveries
It’s your responsibility to ensure your concierge accepts fresh food. If refused, no refund or re-delivery applies.
Late, Refused, or Incorrect Deliveries

Refused deliveries without cause will not be refunded.

Delivery address errors must be corrected before dispatch.

Chilled products must be stored correctly or refunds are void.

Alcohol orders require an adult with valid ID to receive delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
Freshness
If a meal seems off, email support@imaccheroni.com.au within 72 hours, with a photo. We’ll issue a replacement or store credit if quality standards aren’t met.
Damage
For damaged items, email a photo within 24 hours. We’ll offer a replacement or refund. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
Non-Delivery
If your meal doesn’t arrive, we’ll send a replacement or store credit. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food, we cannot accept returns.
Pasta-making kits must be unused and returned with a tracking number.
6. Offers and Promotion Codes

Offers are time-limited and not retroactive.

Only one promotion code may be used per order.

Free gifts are not guaranteed and have no cash value.

Experience vouchers apply only to Saturday classes.

Intro offers apply to new users and one household only.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards are:

Valid for 6 months

Non-refundable

Not redeemable for cash

Redeemable for bookings or classes only
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
8. Events

Class tickets are non-refundable. Transfers allowed up to 14 days before.

Classes are for 16+. Alcohol for 18+ only.

Classes may be cancelled if fewer than 4 people are enrolled.

Allergens may be present. We cannot accommodate gluten-free diets.

Late arrivals (10+ mins) will not be admitted.

Intoxicated guests may be refused entry or service without refund.
9. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays due to:

Weather

Strikes
-
Power failures
-
Courier issues
-
Other Force Majeure events
10. Our Liability
We aim to provide a seamless service but are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the individual delivery in question.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Customer and Recipient Information
We collect personal info during checkout for communication and delivery.
This includes email, phone number, and delivery address.

12. General
We reserve the right to update these terms.
Changes will be posted on our site and effective immediately.
These terms are governed by Australian law.
