Shipping policy

At I Maccheroni at Home, our pasta is handmade fresh and prepared to order. Because of this, we operate on a structured weekly production and delivery schedule.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within selected metropolitan areas. Availability is determined by postcode at checkout.

If your postcode is not currently serviced, please join our waitlist to be notified when we expand.


Delivery Days

Orders are delivered on designated delivery days based on your location.

Your delivery day will be confirmed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

As our products are perishable, someone must be available to receive the delivery, or the package must be left in a safe location.


Cut-Off Times

Orders, subscription changes, skips, or cancellations must be made before the weekly cut-off time displayed in your account.

Once the cut-off has passed, orders are final and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

This is because all pasta is prepared fresh specifically for your order.


Shipping Costs

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions. These will be clearly stated on our website.


Authority to Leave

By placing an order, you authorise I Maccheroni at Home and our delivery partners to leave your order in a safe place if you are not present at the time of delivery.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or spoilage once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos (if applicable)

We will assess the situation in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and arrange a suitable resolution.


Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect information supplied at checkout.


Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control (including weather, courier delays, or peak periods).


Food Safety

Our products are packed with care to maintain freshness during transit.

We recommend refrigerating your pasta immediately upon delivery.

If you believe your product has not arrived in safe condition, please contact us promptly.
