Cancellation policy

I Maccheroni at Home

This policy outlines how subscriptions and special purchase options work at I Maccheroni at Home.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to I Maccheroni at Home, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select (e.g. weekly).

Your nominated payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged prior to each delivery.

There is no lock-in contract. You may:

• Pause
• Skip a delivery
• Change your meals
• Update your details
• Cancel your subscription

at any time via your customer account portal.

Cut-Off Times

Changes or cancellations must be made before the weekly cut-off time displayed in your account.

Once your order has been processed and sent to production or dispatch, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as our products are fresh and made to order.

If you do not cancel before the cut-off time, your order will be processed and charged as scheduled.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be successfully processed, your upcoming order may be paused or cancelled.

Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet available for immediate dispatch.

Payment may be:

• Collected in full at checkout, or
• Partially collected (deposit), with the remaining balance charged prior to dispatch.

You may cancel a pre-order before it has been processed for fulfilment.

Once a pre-order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any refunds will be assessed in accordance with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Try Before You Buy

I Maccheroni at Home does not currently offer a “try before you buy” service.

If introduced in future, separate terms will apply.

Refunds & Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
