Our signature maccheroni, adorned with a decadent beef cheek ragout that simmers to fork-tender perfection. The robust flavors are elegantly balanced by the subtle bitterness of cavolo nero, while premium parmigiano adds a nutty complexity and velvety finish. A sophisticated interpretation of traditional Italian comfort cuisine that delights both palate and senses.

METHOD

Add the garlic in the pan, cook for 1 minutes on medium heat, add the cavolo nero, lightly fry as well then add 1 laidle of water, add the napoli, then add the premade sauce and cook for further 2 minutes to thicken, if dry add more water
Boil the pasta for 3-4 minutes then add to the sauce, cook further for another 2 minutes and serve, add on top the grated parmigiano to finish
